Kaiyo//Shard – Hitting Reset

So yeah, I’m going through a bit of a shift.

Kaiyo//Shard is the new name, but it’s more than that. It’s me finally stepping away from stuff that’s been draining me for a while—especially the Monster Hunter Twitch community. Not the game (I’ll always love Monster Hunter), but the constant noise, the weird vibes, the pressure to always be “on.” It stopped being fun, so I stopped showing up. Simple as that.

No drama, no callouts—I just needed out. Detoxing. Unsubscribing. Reclaiming the silence, y’know?

🎧 Music Time, No Rules

Lately, I’ve been feeling that itch to make stuff again—specifically music. I don’t care if it’s polished, messy, AI-generated, or just me throwing sounds together until something clicks. I just want to explore.
Synths, metal, weird drum & bass experiments, ambient chaos—I’m down for all of it.

Not doing it for clout or followers. Just wanna see what happens when I stop overthinking and start creating again. (It won’t be monetized either like everything else I put on the Internet)

🎮 Playing Games That Actually Mean Something

I’ve also been leaning hard into story-driven games. No more chasing metas or doing stuff just because it “streams well.” I’m kicking off a big marathon of the Trails series. It’s chunky, it’s emotional, it’s full of characters I’ll probably cry over at 3AM—and that’s the vibe I’m after right now.

Just me, the story, and a good soundtrack. No pressure.

🚀 What’s Next?

Honestly? This is the path forward.
Less noise. More heart.
More music, more stories, more stuff that actually fuels me instead of draining me.

So yeah—new name, new energy, same me… just more in tune.

Let’s see where it goes.
