Hiii Hunters~ (✿◕‿◕✿)

Soooo… ummm… hiiii~ it’s meeee ur fav kawaii hunter gurl ✨ and today… instead of just carting to Rathalos like a baka… I’m writing my academic thesis on… well… being an uwu Monster Hunter streamer.

Yes, it’s super serious… no, I don’t have a degree… unless u count the one in making chat blush (´｡• ᵕ •｡`)

Why I Talk Like This~

Oki so like… people always ask: “Why do u talk in uwu??”
And the answer is… because it’s cute and it works.

• If I say “hello chat,” no one notices.
• If I say “hewwo cuties~~ uwu I missed u soooo much 🥺👉👈,” suddenly chat is spamming hearts.

See?? Social science.

The Ritual of Stream (according to… meee >///<)

1. Start Time = Relationship Time
   I never just start a hunt. I go: “good evening my hunters, did u miss me??” … and u always say yes. Hehe. That’s like, step one of my ritual.

2. Fashion Before Function
   Who cares about “meta armor”? Not meee. If it’s pink and has bows, I’m wearing it. If I cart? Oopsie~ but I look adorable doing it.

3. The Cart Performance
   Yesss… sometimes I pretend to forget mechanics. Why? Cuz chat loves to rescue me. If I act too pro, no one feels special. But if I scream and cart?? Suddenly 50 messages telling me what button to press. Mission accomplished.

4. Goodnight Aftercare
   At the end I always say something like: “Don’t watch other hunters tonight, kay? Dream of me onlyyy~ 💕” … because… like… it makes u feel close to me. Parasocial science babyyy~ (≧◡≦)

The Science-y Part UwU

Yes, yes, I know… this sounds silly… but parasociality is like, a real thing?? (I googled it once while eating ramen.)

• I act clumsy → chat feels needed.
• I call u my cuties → chat feels loved.
• I pretend to get jealous → chat feels like we’re dating.

It’s basically anime girlfriend simulator but with big angry dinosaurs.

My Conclusion~

Being a Monster Hunter uwu streamer isn’t about Rathalos plates or Zinogre sets. It’s about making every hunt feel like an episode of a slice-of-life anime where chat is the main character and I’m the flustered heroine who keeps saying “b-baka~”.
